Catering Event Information
GUARANTEED ATTENDANCE
We do require a guaranteed number of guests attending the event 3-business day prior to the function. The client will be invoiced the guaranteed number or the actual guest count, whichever is greater.
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENTS
A 50% deposit of the estimated total is required to book the event with a signed copy of the contract. The balance is due the day of the function.
PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE GST AND 15% SERVICE.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event that the function must be cancelled 30 days or more prior to the event 90% of the deposit will be retuned.
Between 4 and 29 days, the deposit will be lost.
Cancellation 3 working days or less prior to the event, full payment will be due for the function.
STAFFING
Appropriate staffing is included, unless if above and beyond normal staffing level is required by the client.
Licensed bartenders, if required, can be scheduled for your function, the cost being $22.00 per hour (minimum 4hr shift)
RENTALS
Buffet equipment rental is included. Dinning ware rental is not but can be arranged at cost + 10%.
LICENCES
All licences including the liquor licence obtained from any liquor store is the responsibility of the client. Our managers and bartenders have the "serving it right" accreditation required by the liquor board for such a permit, please inquire about the certification number.
ADDITIONNAL SERVICES
We are please to share our expertise regarding special event decoration, wedding cakes, ice carving and so on.
